Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any hardware back to our facility.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the meters and accessories in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship to EKM
Send your package via a trackable shipping service to our headquarters; we recommend insuring the shipment for the full value of the electronics.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition and functionality, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
